1. Returns
• No general returns. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference.
• Size selection. Refer carefully to our Size Chart before placing your order to avoid sizing errors.



2. Replacements for Damaged Goods

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we’ll gladly replace it—subject to availability—when you follow these steps:
1. Notify us within 48 hours

• Your order number
• A brief description of the damage
• An uninterrupted video (recorded while opening the package) plus clear photos showing the defect
2. Review & Approval
Our quality team will assess the evidence and confirm whether the product qualifies for replacement.
3. Replacement Shipment
Once approved, we’ll dispatch a replacement at no extra cost. Delivery times depend on stock availability.



3. Conditions & Exclusions
• Ineligible for replacement
• Damage due to customer misuse, improper care, or alteration
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use
• Non-replaceable items
• Customized or personalized products
• Sale, clearance, or gift-card purchases



4. Exchanges
• We currently do not offer size or colour exchanges. Please double-check your preferred options before ordering.



5. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a damaged item for assessment.
• Shipping fees paid initially are non-refundable.



6. Store Credit & Refunds
• Store Credit: If your returned item meets our eligibility criteria, you may opt for store credit of equivalent value.
• Refunds: Should you prefer a refund, approved amounts will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of processing.
